Welcome to Solvix Learning. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Solvix Learning website and your participation in courses, bootcamps, Solvix Talks, workshops, webinars and other learning programs offered by Solvix Learning.

By using this website or registering for a Solvix Learning program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Solvix Learning

Solvix Learning is an educational initiative focused on making Science, Mathematics and Astronomy clear, engaging and accessible through concept-based learning and meaningful educational experiences.

2. Website and Program Information

Solvix Learning aims to keep website information accurate and current. However, program dates, class timings, fees, instructors, number of sessions, availability of seats, learning resources and program structure may occasionally be updated. Where a material change affects a registered participant, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the change.

3. Registration

Registration may be completed through Google Forms, WhatsApp Business, approved registration links or other official Solvix Learning channels. Submitting an enquiry or registration form does not necessarily guarantee admission or a seat.

Registration is confirmed only after the applicable confirmation process and, for paid programs, receipt of the required payment where applicable.

4. Participants Under 18

Participants under 18 should register with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian where required. A parent or guardian registering a minor represents that they are authorised to provide the relevant information and consent.

5. Program Fees

Fees displayed on the website apply to the specific program indicated and are subject to the conditions stated with that program. Where monthly pricing is shown, the fee relates to the applicable monthly billing period unless otherwise stated. Where a one-time price is shown, it applies to the relevant program or batch specified. Special offers and Science + Mathematics combination packages may have separate conditions.

6. Payments

Where online payments are available, payments must be made using an official payment method authorised by Solvix Learning. Solvix Learning will never ask users to share UPI PINs, ATM PINs, internet-banking passwords or card PINs through WhatsApp, email or registration forms.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Solvix Learning Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Program Scheduling

Solvix Learning may occasionally reschedule a class, change a session time or instructor, postpone a batch, modify the sequence of topics or cancel a program due to instructor availability, insufficient enrolment, technical issues, emergencies or other reasonable circumstances. Where possible, participants will be informed in advance.

8. Educational Outcomes

Solvix Learning aims to provide high-quality educational guidance and learning experiences. Individual academic performance depends on many factors, including attendance, participation, practice and individual circumstances. Registration in a Solvix Learning program does not guarantee specific examination marks, ranks, admissions, scholarships, employment or any particular academic outcome.

9. Student Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully during classes, talks, workshops and other Solvix activities.

• Do not harass instructors or other participants.
• Do not deliberately disrupt sessions.
• Do not impersonate another person.
• Do not share unlawful, abusive or inappropriate content.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to the website or learning systems.
• Do not use Solvix platforms for fraudulent, harmful or unlawful activity.

Solvix Learning may restrict participation in serious cases of misuse or misconduct.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, course notes, presentations, videos, illustrations, simulations, worksheets, quizzes, recordings, graphics, logos, website content and other learning resources created by Solvix Learning are owned by or licensed to Solvix Learning. Materials are provided for personal educational use and must not be reproduced, sold, redistributed, republished or used commercially without prior permission.

11. Recording of Sessions

Some classes, talks or workshops may be recorded for educational or administrative purposes. Where participant audio, video or identifiable contributions may be recorded, appropriate information or consent will be provided where required. Participants must not independently record or redistribute a session unless permission has been granted.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Solvix Learning may use services such as Google Forms, WhatsApp, YouTube, video-conferencing platforms, payment gateways and other learning technologies. Use of those services may also be governed by the relevant provider's own terms and privacy policies.

13. Solvix Research Hub

Solvix Research Hub may operate through a separate website and may have additional or separate policies applicable to its research-oriented programs and services. Users following a link to Solvix Research Hub should review the policies applicable there.

14. Website Availability

Solvix Learning aims to keep the website accessible and functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary disruption may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, updates, internet outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

15. External Links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or educational purposes. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement of everything available on the external website. Solvix Learning is not responsible for the independent content, availability or policies of third-party websites.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Solvix Learning will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from temporary website unavailability, third-party service interruptions, participant device or connectivity problems, or reliance on external websites not operated by Solvix Learning. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Solvix Learning develops new services or features. The current version and last-updated date will be displayed on this page.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled subject to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
