Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid courses, Science and Mathematics programs, Science + Mathematics combination packages, Super 30, bootcamps, Solvix Talks, workshops and other paid programs offered directly by Solvix Learning.
1. Cancellation by Solvix Learning
If Solvix Learning cancels a paid program and does not provide an equivalent alternative, registered participants will be eligible for a 100% refund of the program fee paid. No cancellation charge will apply.
2. Program Rescheduled by Solvix Learning
If a program is significantly rescheduled, participants may choose to transfer their registration to the rescheduled session or request a refund where attending the new schedule is not reasonably possible. Any specific options will be communicated to registered participants.
3. Science, Mathematics and Science + Mathematics Combination Programs
The following participant-cancellation rules apply to applicable Science programs, Mathematics programs and Science + Mathematics combination programs, except Super 30, which has a separate rule below:

Where a Science + Mathematics combo is purchased as one combined registration, cancellation and refund will normally apply to the combined registration as a whole unless Solvix Learning agrees to convert the registration to a single-subject program. Any applicable price difference may be adjusted before the refund is calculated.
4. Super 30 Program
Super 30 registrations are non-refundable after registration because seats are strictly limited.
If a participant enrolled in Super 30 chooses to discontinue the program, no refund will be provided for amounts already paid. However, any future recurring/monthly billing will be terminated after the cancellation request is processed, so no further monthly fee will be charged for future billing periods.
This rule does not affect a participant's entitlement to a refund if Solvix Learning itself cancels the Super 30 program and does not provide an equivalent alternative.
5. Short-Duration Programs: Bootcamps, Solvix Talks and Similar Events
For short-duration paid programs such as bootcamps, Solvix Talks, short workshops or similar events:
- Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled start: eligible for a 100% refund of the program fee paid.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled start: normally non-refundable.
Solvix Learning may consider genuine exceptional circumstances individually where appropriate.
6. No-Show
A participant who registers for a program but does not attend without prior cancellation will generally not be eligible for a refund.
7. One-Time Programs
For one-time paid programs such as Foundation Programs, Crash Revision programs or similar fixed-duration courses, the applicable cancellation schedule in Section 3 applies unless the program page states a different rule.
8. Digital Materials
Where a purchase includes downloadable digital materials or digital resources that have already been accessed or delivered, that portion of the purchase may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the material is materially defective.
9. Technical Problems
A participant's individual internet connection problem, device problem, software configuration issue or failure to join using supplied details does not automatically qualify for a refund. If a session cannot reasonably be delivered because of a significant technical failure attributable to Solvix Learning, Solvix Learning may provide a replacement session, access to an alternative session or an appropriate refund.
10. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If the same payment is accidentally made more than once, please contact Solvix Learning. After verification, duplicate payments will be refunded.
11. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact Solvix Learning using the official email address or WhatsApp Business account and provide the participant name, registered program, registered phone/email, payment reference where applicable, and reason for cancellation.

12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7-10 business days after approval. Banks, UPI providers or payment gateways may require additional time for the amount to appear. Where technically possible, refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.
13. Exceptional Circumstances
Solvix Learning may consider exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Such consideration does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.
14. Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit any statutory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
