Information may be collected when you complete a registration form, use a Google Form linked from the website, contact Solvix Learning through WhatsApp or email, register for a course or event, submit an enquiry, or otherwise interact with website functionality.
The Ask a Question feature prepares a message for WhatsApp. The message is transmitted only when you choose to send it through WhatsApp.

Solvix Learning may use Google Forms for registration and enquiries. When you use a Google Form, information may also be processed by Google according to Google's own privacy practices. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of third-party platforms they use.
6. WhatsApp
Solvix Learning uses WhatsApp Business for enquiries, registrations and communication. When you choose WhatsApp from a Book Your Slot or Ask a Question option, you are redirected to WhatsApp with a prepared message. Information sent through WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's applicable terms and privacy practices.
7. Payments
Solvix Learning may introduce online payment facilities for selected paid programs. Where payments are processed through an external payment gateway, payment information may be processed directly by that provider. Solvix Learning does not intend to store full debit-card, credit-card, UPI PIN or similar sensitive payment credentials on its website.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when online payment functionality or additional payment services are introduced.
