Solvix ID

Last Updated: 9 October 2026

Your Solvix journey continues beyond Super 30.

A Solvix ID is a unique, personal learner ID issued to eligible Super 30 students. It connects the student to their Super 30 academic-year benefits and, after successful completion, to continuing Solvix alumni benefits.

Select a section to read its details.

1. Two stages of your Solvix ID

StatusWhen it appliesMain benefits
Active Super 30 StudentDuring your enrolled Super 30 academic yearSuper 30 access and complimentary eligible Solvix Talks, Bootcamps and Solvix events during that academic year
Solvix AlumniAfter successful completion of the Super 30 academic yearContinuing 20% discount on eligible Solvix Talks and Space Exploration Bootcamps for the ID holder

2. During your Super 30 academic year

  • Your unique Solvix ID and Active Super 30 Student status
  • Access to your enrolled Super 30 batch for the applicable academic year
  • Complimentary participation in eligible Solvix Talks conducted during that academic year
  • Complimentary participation in eligible Space Exploration Bootcamps conducted during that academic year
  • Complimentary access to eligible Solvix educational events, workshops and learning sessions designated as included for Super 30 students

3. From Active Student to Solvix Alumni

After you successfully complete the applicable Super 30 academic year, the same Solvix ID continues with you as an Alumni Solvix ID. The continuing alumni benefit activates only after successful completion.

If you withdraw or permanently discontinue Super 30 before successful completion, your academic-year benefits end and alumni status and the continuing 20% benefit are not activated. A temporary absence caused by illness, examinations or another reasonable circumstance does not by itself cancel the ID.

4. Your continuing 20% alumni benefit

After successful completion, eligible Solvix Alumni receive 20% off the standard participant fee for eligible Solvix Talks and Space Exploration Bootcamps.

The benefit is personal, non-transferable and subject to the full Solvix ID terms below. It operates while Solvix Learning, the Solvix ID program and the eligible covered programs continue to operate. It does not guarantee that any particular talk, bootcamp or event will always be available.

5. Personal and non-transferable

Only the named, verified ID holder may use a Solvix ID or its benefits. Friends, siblings, relatives and other people cannot enrol or attend using another person’s ID.

If intentional third-party use is verified, the Solvix ID will be permanently cancelled together with all current and future Solvix ID benefits. Deliberate attempted misuse may be treated in the same way where the evidence clearly establishes it.

6. How to use your Solvix ID

Choose an eligible Solvix Talk or Space Exploration Bootcamp and contact Solvix Learning through the official registration, WhatsApp or email channels. Tell us that you hold a Solvix ID and provide the details requested for reasonable verification.

Solvix Learning will verify the named holder’s enrolment record, current status and event eligibility before confirming a complimentary or discounted registration. Knowing an ID number alone is not proof of eligibility. Suspended or cancelled IDs cannot receive benefits.

Register within the event’s registration period. Complimentary or discounted access does not automatically reserve a seat; grade suitability, capacity and event-specific conditions still apply.

Any substantial external costs or special exclusions must be clearly communicated before registration.

7. Frequently Asked Questions

Who receives a Solvix ID? Eligible students whose enrolment in a Super 30 Program is formally confirmed by Solvix Learning.

What do I receive after completing Super 30? Eligible alumni receive the continuing Solvix Alumni benefit, including 20% off eligible Solvix Talks and Space Exploration Bootcamps.

Full Solvix ID Terms & Conditions

Read these terms together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What is a Solvix ID?

A Solvix ID is a unique internal learner identification number issued by Solvix Learning to eligible students enrolled in a Super 30 Program. It is used to identify the learner within the Solvix Learning ecosystem and to administer the benefits described in these Terms.

The Solvix ID is not a government-issued identity document, academic qualification, payment instrument, ownership interest, membership share or proof of legal identity.

2. Eligibility and issue

A Solvix ID is issued only after enrolment in an eligible Super 30 Program has been formally confirmed by Solvix Learning.

  • The ID is issued to one named student only.
  • The ID is personal and non-transferable.
  • The ID must not be sold, lent, assigned, shared or used on behalf of another person.
  • Where the student is under 18, registration and data processing may require parent or lawful-guardian involvement as applicable.

3. Solvix ID status

A Solvix ID may carry one of the following statuses:

  • Active Super 30 Student — the student is currently enrolled in and participating in an eligible Super 30 Program.
  • Solvix Alumni — the student has successfully completed the applicable Super 30 academic year and has become eligible for continuing alumni benefits.
  • Suspended — benefits are temporarily placed on hold while an eligibility, payment, conduct, misuse or verification issue is reviewed.
  • Cancelled — the ID and all associated current and future benefits are no longer valid.

4. Benefits during the Super 30 academic year

While the Solvix ID has Active Super 30 Student status, the student is entitled to the benefits announced for that academic year, including:

  • access to the Super 30 Program in which the student is enrolled for the applicable academic year;
  • complimentary participation in eligible Solvix Talks during that academic year;
  • complimentary participation in eligible Solvix Space Exploration Bootcamps during that academic year;
  • complimentary access to eligible Solvix educational events, workshops and learning sessions designated as included for Super 30 students; and
  • other Super 30 benefits expressly announced by Solvix Learning for that academic year.

5. Event registration and availability

Complimentary access does not automatically reserve a seat. The Solvix ID holder must register within the applicable registration period where registration is required.

Participation remains subject to seat availability, age or grade suitability, attendance requirements, capacity limits and event-specific eligibility conditions.

Where a special event includes substantial third-party charges, travel, accommodation, physical materials, certification fees or another material external cost, Solvix Learning may exclude that particular cost or event from the complimentary benefit if the exclusion is clearly communicated before registration.

6. Successful completion and Alumni status

The continuing Solvix Alumni benefit is activated only after the student successfully completes the applicable Super 30 academic year.

After successful completion, the status changes from Active Super 30 Student to Solvix Alumni, and the same Solvix ID may continue with the student.

7. Continuing 20% alumni benefit

An eligible Solvix Alumni ID holder receives a 20% discount on the standard participant fee for eligible Solvix Talks and Space Exploration Bootcamps.

  • The discount is for the Solvix ID holder only.
  • The discount cannot be transferred to a friend, sibling, parent, relative or any other person.
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into stored credit.
  • Where an eligible event is already free, no monetary credit or substitute benefit is created.
  • The discount normally applies to the standard published participant fee.
  • The discount cannot normally be combined with another promotion, coupon or discount unless Solvix Learning expressly permits it.
  • The benefit remains subject to registration deadlines, eligibility and seat availability.

8. Meaning of the continuing / lifetime benefit

Solvix Learning intends the 20% alumni benefit to continue for the eligible Solvix ID holder after successful completion of Super 30. The benefit can operate only while Solvix Learning continues to operate, the Solvix ID program continues to exist, and eligible Talks, Bootcamps or equivalent covered programs continue to be offered.

The Solvix ID does not guarantee that a particular course, talk, bootcamp or event will always be available.

9. Withdrawal from Super 30

If a student voluntarily withdraws from, permanently discontinues, or otherwise ceases to remain enrolled in the Super 30 Program before successful completion of the applicable academic year:

  • Active Super 30 Student status ends;
  • complimentary academic-year event benefits end;
  • the Solvix ID is deactivated or cancelled for benefit purposes;
  • the student does not become eligible for Solvix Alumni status; and
  • the continuing 20% alumni benefit is not activated.

Any financial consequences of withdrawal are governed separately by the applicable Solvix Learning Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Temporary absence is not automatic withdrawal

A temporary absence caused by illness, examinations or another reasonable circumstance does not by itself cancel a Solvix ID. Cancellation occurs when the student formally withdraws, permanently discontinues, has enrolment terminated under applicable terms, or otherwise ceases to satisfy Super 30 eligibility requirements.

11. Personal use only — strict non-transferability

A Solvix ID and every benefit attached to it belong exclusively to the named ID holder. No other person may use that ID to obtain a free seat, discounted seat, special access or any other Solvix ID benefit.

  • The holder must not share or lend the Solvix ID to a friend, sibling, cousin, relative, classmate or any other person.
  • The holder must not make a booking on behalf of another person using the Solvix ID benefit.
  • The holder must not permit another person to enter or present the Solvix ID during registration.
  • The holder must not sell, transfer, duplicate, alter or falsify the ID.
  • The holder must not create or use a counterfeit, copied or manipulated Solvix ID.

Such conduct may also be recorded internally as fraudulent or deceptive misuse of the Solvix ID program. Solvix Learning may reject any booking made through an unauthorised third-party use of an ID.

12. Verification of the ID holder

Solvix Learning may request reasonable verification before applying a Solvix ID benefit. Verification may include the Solvix ID number, registered name, registered mobile number, registered email or another reasonable detail connected with the enrolment record.

The Solvix ID number should not itself contain unnecessary personal information such as the student’s full phone number or date of birth.

13. Fraud, misuse and serious misconduct

A Solvix ID may be suspended or cancelled where there is reasonable evidence of serious misuse or misconduct, including:

  • fraudulent use of the Solvix ID;
  • impersonation of another student or allowing another person to impersonate the ID holder;
  • falsification of eligibility, booking or identity information;
  • attempted transfer, sale, lending or unauthorised sharing of the ID;
  • use of the ID by a friend, sibling, relative or other third party to obtain a benefit;
  • deliberate misuse of Solvix booking, learning or digital systems;
  • unauthorised copying, commercial distribution or resale of protected Solvix Learning materials;
  • harassment, threats or serious abusive conduct directed toward students, educators, speakers or staff;
  • deliberate interference with classes, events, registrations or Solvix digital systems; or
  • deliberately publishing or circulating factual claims known by the person to be false, with the intention of deceiving others and causing material harm to Solvix Learning or individuals associated with it.

14. Genuine criticism, complaints and reviews

A Solvix ID will not be cancelled merely because a student or parent gives an honest negative review, disagrees with Solvix Learning, raises a genuine concern, makes a complaint, asks for clarification, reports an actual problem, exercises a lawful consumer right, or communicates a sincerely held opinion.

The misconduct provisions are intended to address demonstrable fraud, deliberate misuse, harassment, impersonation or knowingly false factual representations — not ordinary criticism or good-faith complaints.

15. Suspension and review process

Where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect students, prevent ongoing misuse or secure the booking system, Solvix Learning may temporarily suspend an ID while the matter is reviewed.

Except in clear cases of verified third-party ID misuse, fraud or urgent safety/security issues, Solvix Learning should normally identify the alleged violation, notify the ID holder or parent/guardian where appropriate, provide a reasonable opportunity to respond, and then make a final decision after reviewing the available information.

16. Effect of permanent cancellation

When a Solvix ID is permanently cancelled:

  • Active Super 30 Student benefits end where applicable;
  • complimentary event access ends;
  • Solvix Alumni benefits end;
  • the 20% continuing discount ends;
  • the ID cannot be used for future discounted or complimentary registrations; and
  • future attempts to use the cancelled ID may be rejected.

Cancellation of benefits does not automatically require deletion of historical academic, payment, attendance or administrative records that Solvix Learning is lawfully entitled or required to retain.

17. Reinstatement

A temporarily suspended Solvix ID may be restored if the underlying issue is resolved. A permanently cancelled Solvix ID will not normally be reinstated, except where Solvix Learning determines that the cancellation resulted from an error or exceptional circumstances justify reinstatement.

18. Discounted bookings and refunds

Where a Solvix Alumni ID holder books an eligible paid event using the 20% discount, any refund is calculated using the actual discounted amount paid rather than the undiscounted public price. The applicable Solvix Learning Refund & Cancellation Policy continues to govern the booking.

19. No monetary value

  • A Solvix ID has no independent monetary value.
  • It cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • It cannot be used as stored credit.
  • Unused discounts do not accumulate.
  • It does not create any ownership, investment, employment or financial right in Solvix Learning.

20. No transfer to family members or others

Solvix ID benefits are personal to the individual holder and do not pass to siblings, parents, children, friends, relatives or any other person. The benefit remains attached only to the verified individual to whom the ID was issued.

21. Privacy and Solvix ID records

Information associated with a Solvix ID will be handled according to the Solvix Learning Privacy Policy. Solvix Learning should retain only the information reasonably required to administer the ID and its benefits, such as the holder’s name, Solvix ID number, Super 30 batch, enrolment status, completion status, benefit status and registered contact information.

22. Changes to the Solvix ID program

Solvix Learning may reasonably update administrative or operational aspects of the Solvix ID program, including verification methods, booking procedures, digital ID format and account-access processes. Where practical, significant changes affecting existing ID holders should be communicated clearly.

Students who have already successfully earned Solvix Alumni status should ordinarily retain the core alumni benefit described at the time they earned that status, subject to the continued operation of Solvix Learning and the availability of eligible covered programs.

23. Discontinuation of Solvix Learning or covered programs

If Solvix Learning permanently ceases operations, permanently ends the Solvix ID program, or permanently stops offering the categories of programs covered by the alumni benefit, there may no longer be an eligible service against which the benefit can be used. Unused future benefits do not create a cash entitlement.

24. Relationship with other Solvix policies

These Solvix ID Terms should be read together with the Solvix Learning Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any program-specific terms communicated before registration. Where an event has special conditions, those conditions should be communicated before the ID holder registers.

25. Contact regarding Solvix ID
